Great service, fast shipping

Ordering was straightforward, and all of my questions were quickly answered when I called by a helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, live person! I received my order in 4 days and had all the plugs in the ground within a day.

The website is a little clunky and not the easiest to understand. This was my second order and I was not thrilled with either. The product was not in good shape when it arrived and the second order was for precut super plugs where about half had to be cut by me. I'm not likely to order from them again.
Merchant reply by John 2 days ago Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We apologize that some of the Super Plugs needed additional finishing to be cut all the way through. Usually running a utility knife gently along the cuts will finish the job. We are very vigilant in watching the cutting depth but some do slip thought due to the nature of field harvesting and the variable amount of earth taken. We will continue to work to improve the result.

I've been a customer for several years; customer service has always been beyond excellent whether I order online or pick-up at the farm!

Packaged well and fast shipping.

Fast shipping and plugs were packaged well. Only one small thing to complain about would be the plugs were not cut very well and were hard to tear them apart.
Merchant reply by John 2 days ago We are so sorry the plugs were not cut all the way through. I will be on my way next to talk to that team. Usually running a utility knife along the crease of the cut solves the issue. Tearing them apart is tough work with Zoysia as the grass grows very thick and dense almost too hard to tear apart. Thanks for all the feedback. Much appreciated.

Hopeful

I love that the website is so easy to follow and the sub links are in more than one place. The shipment took less time than expected. Planting the plugs with the auger provided was simple and a pleasure to do. I am excited to see how it comes in and corrects the lawn that o have currently. Thanks to my Maryland transplant neighbor in NC for recommending you!

Not Plugs At All- not even scored!

Package was delivered open=- lost some of the grass. Not worth the price paid. Had to shear cut each plug from a base mat of grass.
