No communication.

Too soon to tell. This request for a review is the only communication I've received about my order. For all I know, no human has seen it. Can't really comment more without seeing the products I ordered.
Merchant reply by John 2 months ago We actually sent you both the order confirmation and a follow up pending shipping notification but your email provider Hotmail refused both messages (bounced). They usually tell us the server is busy or the mail box is full and to try again later. We will try 2 more times in the next 24 hours but without success we move on as both situations are beyond our control. Your order is however scheduled to ship later today and I expect it will be delivered tomorrow. Happy planting.

Great service and communication. The order was shipped right away and I was informed during the delivery process where the package was and when it would be delivered.
