Good packing fast service But was charged shipping even with the free shipping code ??

Our promotions run for one week and we send 2 additional reminders of the promotion before it ends. The notes with the order indicate we have already follow up with you confirming that the order was placed a number of days (5) after this particular promotion was over. However, we did notice that your were a returning customer and applied that promotional discount to your order. last time I ordered 3 sheets the sheets were 28 X 8, this time they were 14X8 half the size evidently i didn't order the same or I didn't get what I ordered. Oh well thanks for the order what be ordering any more.
Merchant reply by John 3 days ago I don't see any notes attached to this order alerting us to your concern. So your feedback comes as a bit of a surprise. Everything is a bit variable in nature but in this case I think you are probably just confusing your purchase from us to some other grass you purchased elsewhere. We have never sold sheets in the size you describe. You got the standard we have shipped for 70 years now suitable for DIY'ers to handle easily. Thanks for the opportunity to clear the air.

Fix your communication to buyers

Been 2 months and haven’t heard a word. Can’t leave a message to number provided. I hope they reach out now.! I hate to leave negative feedback but I can’t get a hold of them.
